sign up to play in the AMTA golf outing you need to
provide the following:
 | If you want a picked team send
form with all team member's names with the average score of each team mate.
You can pay for the team or just for yourself. |
| If you want to draw for your team send in your money
for yourself ($42.50 + $3 for mulligan) and your average
score. |
| Handicaps are acceptable, but average scores are
preferred. |
| Mulligans must be for the entire team or no one on
the team can have a mulligan. |
| Mulligans may be used anywhere at anytime on the
course. |
| You can pay for your mulligans when you send in your
money or you can pay the day of the golf. |
| If you pay for a mulligan and you are on a drawn team
and they do not want a mulligan your money will be
refunded. |

| Please do not hesitate to ask questions, and remember
you can select a team with you being the only AMT as your
guests are welcome. |
| The format we will use could have four 80 golfers
playing against four 110+ golfers and both will have an
equal chance. |
| You will be playing your own ball the entire time.
If you pick up on a hole you will forfeit that hole to
everyone in the golf outing so a 12 on a hole may be
better than a pick-up. |

| We are looking forward to it
and hope to see everyone in October. The pictures of
Tenison Park were taken about two weeks ago (April 7,
2007).
