PLANNING STAGE OF THE 2025 REUNION |
|
This is all old stuff about
planning and recovering from misinformation in the beginning |
|
We
will have a reunion in 2025. The AMTA has been going through a bit
of a rough patch recently, but with everyone working together we will be
back on track very shortly and plan to have a very nice reunion in San
Antonio. We do not have a hotel picked out yet due to the
outrageous prices. We are still working that angle. Bob
White is the reunion coordinator this year.
If you have any questions about the reunion you can contact any of the
following people:
We cannot tell you a lot yet but we will be
posting everything we know in the near future. We are trying to
get the AMTA 2025 Board of Directors election behind us. Thanks
for your support and hope you are planning to attend the reunion,
because as we all age it is getting more and more difficult to travel. |

| LATEST:
The 2025 AMTA Reunion will be October 15th,
16th & 17th, Check out of hotel Saturday morning October 18th
The AMTA Reunion will be held in conjunction
with the FTVA reunion and the way things are working out it appears as
though the PWG reunion will be there at the same time. We will
have the opportunity to go to the FTVA picnic and the Hall of Honor, and
if you get tickets you can attend the FTVA banquet at the Officers Club
at Lackland AFB, Saturday night October 18th.
When you get your travel plans made be sure
and let Bob, Jim and Don know as this will help them a lot in their
planning. The 2023 AMTA reunion was the smallest one so far, but
we are going to make this one special. Yes we are all getting
older which means for the next reunion whether informal next year or
another reunion in San Antonio in 2027, we will all be even older then,
and we are passing away much too fast. I encourage all the younger
troops to come to the reunions, as they may pleasantly surprised at how
much they would enjoy it.
Bob, Jim and Don started by talking with
three hotels, I believe they are now down to two, and if pricing does
not meet our needs or requirements we may have to expand our search. No
matter how the search goes stop and realize what these three guys are
trying to do to ensure you have a nice and enjoyable reunion.
LET THE PEOPLE KNOW YOUR PLANS AND WE LOOK
FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE IN OCTOBER!! |
